To exhibit at a Victoria Promotions organised wedding fayre we require that you complete the booking form. You will also need to send your payment of £70 making all cheques payable to Vicky Downing. Only cheques guaranteed with a cheque gurantee number written clearly on the reverse will be accepted. Please post any cheques to the following address :-

Once your payment has been received your stand at the wedding fayre you have specified will be reserved.
Payments must be made witin 30 days of your booking. This is NON REFUNDABLE. If payment is not made within 30 days, the stand will be released to reserve exhibitors.
Please arrive at 9am to set up your area, a white table cover or cloth will be provided along with a 6x2 exhibit table. Tea and coffee will supplied throughout the day. All events start at 11am and finish at 3pm.
Please bring an extension lead if you need electricity. Please use the booking form to inform us of any special requirements, such as the need for a power supply, or any positional preferences. We will try to place all exhibitors in appropriate spaces, however there may be some last minute changes due to the nature of the event.
Only promotional material for the business name and category stated on the booking form may be displayed at or distributed during the event. Any mailing list supplied after the event is for the use of the business registered for the event only and must not be distributed or emailed in what would be percieved as a harrasing manner.
Due to Health and Safety restrictions, set up is between 9am and 10.30am. The doors closes to brides at 3pm, and we would respectfully request that you do not start to dismantle your stand prior to this time.
All exhibitors will be supplied with tea and coffee.
As a public event, all reasonable precautions are made to ensure the safety and well being of all attendants, however, should an accident occur, Victoria Promotions are not responsible for the safety of any person or property, including for the loss, damage or theft of exhibits. We would ask that all exhibitors ensure that they have their own insurance to cover any liabilities and/or risks. Victoria Promotions will not be liable for any accicents and your agreement to attend is confirmation of your understanding of this stipulation.
If the Exhibitor has to cancel his/her confirmed booking for one of our fayres, we are unfortuanately unable to return the deposit. Should the cancellation arise with less than 4 weeks before the Fair, no refund can be given. In the unlikely event of a postponement of date or change of venue for one of our fayes any bookings taken and monies paid will be transferred to the subsequent fayre mutually arranged as an alternative.
